2025 Individual and class photos

Please see attached information about our class and individual for 2025!

Class Photos: Wednesday 15th October 2025!

9.15am - Waitakaruru
10.15am - Piako
10.30am - Kuranui

If your child is not enrolled on Wednesdays, you are more than welcome to bring them in for the photo. Please note, they will need to be in your care during this time to not disrupt our ratios :)

To Order: We will have proof sheets and order forms at the front desk to review and order.

Individual photos will be on Wednesday 15th Oct & Wednesday 22nd Oct

Key Information:

  • Emma Steinar Photography will be capturing your beautiful tamariki, as she has for the last 4 years!

  • Opt IN form - Parents/caregivers must opt their children IN to have their individual portraits taken. Only children that are on the opt-in list will be photographed on the photo days.

  • Siblings attending Old Mac's will be photographed individually as well as together (where possible).

  • If parents have children that are enrolled but not attending Old Mac’s on a Wednesday, they are welcome to bring them in to have their portraits taken on either of the Wednesdays. Please arrange with the office :)

  • Older school aged siblings – they can come along if the parents inquire. Mornings are preferable! Limited spaces so please book in for this.

Photos will be available for purchase as digital files. Pricing is:

  • 1x Digital image $30

  • 2x Digital images $50

  • All digital images on your proof sheet $115

Quantity of images will depend on the individual child but a range of images will be taken of each child where possible. Parents DO NOT need to pre-select their package during the OPT IN stage. This can be done after they have received the PDF proof sheet!  

After photo day:

  • Once all the images have been processed and sorted, Emma will supply a PDF proof sheet for each child which will contain all of their images available for purchase and a link to an online order form for parents to submit their order. 

  • The proof sheets will need to be printed and attached to an order form so that the parents can see the images available for purchase. Old Mac's to distribute these proof sheets to the correct families.
